Job Title: Water Filter Maintenance TechnicianJob Description:The Water Filter

Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing high-quality maintenance, service, and delivery support for residential and commercial water filtration systems. This position ensures that all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards.Key Responsibilities

1. Residential Water System MaintenancePerform routine maintenance on residential water filtration and softener systems.Replace filters, membranes, resins, and other system components as needed.Inspect system performance, water pressure, and overall functionality.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by homeowners.Provide clear explanations to customers regarding system condition and recommended services.

2. Commercial Water System MaintenanceConduct scheduled maintenance on commercial water filtration systems, including RO systems, carbon tanks, softeners, and pre-filter setups.Perform system sanitization, calibration, and performance checks.Troubleshoot complex issues affecting restaurants, retail stores, and manufacturing clients.Work with general contractors and facility managers to ensure correct installation and routing.Maintain accurate service records and report equipment conditions.

3. Delivery Services for Water System–Related EquipmentDeliver water system components such as filters, salt, tanks, and replacement parts to customers.Ensure timely and accurate delivery scheduling.Assist with basic installation or setup when delivering equipment.Maintain truck inventory and keep delivery equipment in good condition.QualificationsBasic knowledge of plumbing or mechanical systems preferredAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issuesStrong communication and customer service skillsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to lift 40 lbs (salt bags, filters, tanks, etc.)

Pay: From $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
