Experienced Pharmacy Assistant

Position Criteria:

Someone who is friendly, outgoing and motivated with keen eye for detail.
Has a positive outlook on life, whilst also being highly health conscious.
A professional approach when dealing with colleagues and customers from all walks of life.
Follows directions given by the Pharmacist or upper management.
Rapport building skills with customers is essential.
Confidence in recommended in our products and services to all customers and clients including our Loyalty program and app.
Highly confident when dealing with customers and having the ability to offer the right solution for their health needs.
You will need to be able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks to the highest standard.
Qualified S2/S3 certificate for the supply of pharmacy and pharmacist medications as well as any other industry qualifications would be an advantage, but not essential.
Participation in provided trainings conducted in-house and online via industry platforms provided by Optimal - this is an ongoing requirement.
The ability to execute promotional activity with good organisational skills.
Merchandising experience and the ability to set up promotional activity to support the marketing program in the pharmacy.
Someone who enjoys working in a busy environment that will challenge you.
Available to work evenings and weekend shifts or when requested.
