Head Designer – Athleisure & Activewear

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer for design and development of our activewear and athleisure collections. The ideal candidate has strong trend awareness, deep knowledge of performance fabrics, and hands-on experience creating functional yet fashion-forward apparel.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, and design directions.

· Create sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs.

· Source fabrics and trims, focusing on performance and sustainability.

· Collaborate with technician to get he right product fit.

· Conduct fit sessions and ensure quality, function, and brand alignment.

· Contribute to collection presentations

Requirements

· 5+ years’ experience in athleisure/activewear design.

· Strong understanding of performance materials and garment construction.

· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw Photoshop; 3D design tools a plus.

· Strong creativity, trend sensibility, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Strong passion for design with a high level of creativity.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Solid knowledge of textiles, fabrics, trims, and lingerie-specific manufacturing processes.
Strong understanding of current fashion trends, consumer insights, and market expectations.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
