- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent team work skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of food service industry standards and best practices.
- Familiarity MS Office / Excel for order processing and inventory management (FOH).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written (FOH).
