Role Overview The Program Operations & Outreach Intern will support the robotics education team with documentation, outreach, operations planning, and event coordination. This is not a technical role—ideal for candidates with management, communication, or operations backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain documentation of team progress, reports, and competition submissions
Handle outreach communication and maintain relationships with partner organizations
Support fundraising efforts and sponsorship coordination
Assist in business and operations planning for robotics programs
Manage team schedules and support event/competition logistics
Candidate Requirements-

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Good organizational and documentation ability
Ability to collaborate with students and mentors
Basic knowledge of digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, etc.)
Preferred Educational Background

BBA / BMS / BBM
MBA (Marketing / HR / Operations)
Mass Media / Journalism / PR
Event Management
Commerce graduates
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
