Job Title: IT Manager – Commercial Office & Coworking Spaces

Job Location: HSR (but needs to be flexible to visit centers when it requires

Interview mode: Face to Face (No Virtual or Online Interviews)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead, manage, and optimize end-to-end IT operations across multiple commercial office and coworking centers. The ideal candidate will oversee IT infrastructure design, network reliability, IT service delivery, project fit-outs, smart office systems, and client IT requirements.

This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, vendor coordination, multiple-site operations management, IT Sales, Client handling, Project Executive and customer-focused IT support .

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Operations Management (Multi-Site)
• Manage day-to-day IT operations across all coworking centers and commercial office sites.
• Ensure uninterrupted IT services: internet links, Wi-Fi, network switches, CCTV, access control, printers, servers, EPABX/VOIP , and end-user devices.
• Develop and implement IT SOPs, uptime SLAs, cybersecurity, backups, and monitoring standards for all centers.
• Ensure IT readiness for client onboarding and seat expansions.

2. Network & Infrastructure Management
• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WAN networks , VLANs, Wi-Fi access points, firewalls, and load balancing for multi-floor and multi-site environments.
• Monitor network uptime, bandwidth usage, redundancy failovers, and security threats.
• Manage structured cabling, rack setups, server rooms, and smart office technology.

3. Commercial Office Fit-out & IT Project Execution
• Lead full IT deployment for new coworking centers and office fit-outs , including ISP setup, cabling, CCTV, fire alarm integration, and access management.
• Work with Projects, FM, and Design teams for timely IT handovers during new center launches.
• Execute infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and relocations within timelines and budgets.

4. IT Procurement & Vendor Management
• Procure IT hardware, networking equipment, software licenses, and AMC services at optimal pricing.
• Manage relationships with ISPs, hardware vendors, CCTV/Access control partners, system integrators, and facility tech providers .
• Maintain AMC schedules, warranty tracking, and IT asset lifecycle management.

5. IT Sales & Client Solutioning
• Support Sales and Community teams in meeting client IT requirements:
• Dedicated internet lines
• Static IPs
• Firewall configurations
• Customized network setups
• VOIP solutions
• Server hosting
• Prepare technical proposals for enterprise clients and assist with IT-related onboarding.
• Help drive revenue through value-added IT services.

6. Team Leadership & Support
• Lead and mentor IT Executives/Technicians across multiple centers.
• Allocate tasks, track SLAs, and ensure effective escalation management.
• Conduct training on IT security, SOPs, and customer handling for internal teams.

7. Client & Stakeholder Support
• Act as the final escalation point for IT issues raised by tenants, enterprise clients, or center teams.
• Coordinate with Operations, Projects, Facility Management, Sales, and Admin for smooth IT operations.

8. IT Security, Compliance & Documentation
• Implement cybersecurity protocols: firewalls, antivirus, access control, system audits, and penetration safety.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ITIL best practices, and audit requirements.
• Maintain IT documentation: network diagrams, configurations, passwords, permits, and asset registers.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure & operations, preferably in commercial offices, coworking spaces, or multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, routing, switching, IP management, and CCTV/Access systems.
• Hands-on experience with ISPs, enterprise Wi-Fi, servers, EPABX/VOIP, and cabling projects.
• Leadership ability to manage internal staff and external partners.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced fit-out and occupancy-driven environments.
