This role is perfect for a creative yet data-driven individual with hands-on experience managing and growing YouTube channels.
• Strategy & Planning: Plan content buckets, titles, thumbnails, and SEO.
• SEO, Titles & Thumbnails: Write high-CTR titles, descriptions, and plan thumbnail concepts.
• Channel Management: Manage uploads, scheduling, channel organization, and maintain consistent branding.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with editors, scriptwriters, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a YouTube strategy that incorporates astrology, remedies, stories, spiritual content, and product explainers.
• Plan and execute Shorts strategies.
• Monitor CTR, retention, watch-time, and subscriber trends.
