Do you have cake decorating experiences? Are you a qualified cake decorator? Do you have customer service experiences?

Decorating: The decorator is required to ensure that all recipes and procedures are followed. As the Decorator this will involve the physical decorating of all products and from time to time overseeing and training of staff in the correct recipes and procedures . in the baking environment the Decorator must be detail oriented and have an eye for the look of the finished product and customers buy with their eyes first.

Cleanliness and Safety: Decorator must enforce standards regarding food handling, safety and sanitation. this requires knowledge of health department regulations, and an understanding of the cheesecake shop operations and health and safety manuals. Decorator must ensure that the store appearance and overall operations are up to standard.

Equipment: The decorator must ensure the upkeep of all equipment in store including all preventative maintenance is completed as well as timely attention to any breakdowns.

Inventory: overseeing inventory is part of a decorator responsibility. overseeing inventory involves order and rotating ingrediens as required. it also involves receiving and unloading deliveries. tracking inventory requires calculating the proper amount of ingredients necessary for production of goods on a given day or week. the decorator is to complete stocktake when required in a timely and accurate manner.

Customer Service: The ability to serve and answer customer questions, take orders and answer the phone is essential requirement. customers must be served in a timely manner and their needs satisfied.
