Full job description
Tekapo Springs is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.


This is a permanent position, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available based on the applicant's availability and suitability.


You will be our customer's first point of contact with the smile, energy and the know how to start their visit off in true Tekapo Springs fashion.


The successful candidate will work full-time, including weekends and occasional evenings. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs and going above and beyond to provide helpful information and the ideal product to enhance their experience.
