Ando is a multi-lines insurance business and sell our policies through New Zealand’s leading insurance brokers.

The Role

Be part of the ANDO specialist Liability team, working on complex accounts and expanding the ANDO Liability brand into the broker market.
Review and underwrite Liability business using our Lloyd’s capacity.
Partner with brokers to develop ANDO Liability segment
Work closely with other ANDO teams to develop seamless whole of account solutions to our broker partners.
Use your technical leadership when fronting high-complexity accounts
Qualifications and experience

5+ years Liability Underwriting experience on the following lines; Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, Casualty, Management Liability.
Experience underwriting complex liability accounts
Exceptional communication—able to explain technical decisions clearly
Ability to manage and develop broker relationships.
High integrity, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills
Innovative and creative approach with a strong desire to develop solutions
Ability to make autonomous technical decisions—while still aligned to portfolio strategy
