Social Media Manager & Content Creator

– Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative, fast-moving, and strategic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead our brand’s presence across all major platforms. This role blends digital strategy, content creation, analytics, storytelling, and community building. You will develop innovative social media strategies, create compelling multi-platform content, and build a deeply engaged audience while elevating our brand’s identity and mission.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Strategy & Management

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
Manage daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube
Use SEO best practices, keyword research, and social listening to enhance visibility and brand reputation.
Lead social media advertising efforts, including Facebook/Meta campaigns and creative testing.
Be able to video and edit videos with CapCut or premier that fit companys look and branding.
Content Creation

Concept, storyboard, film, and edit organic short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that feels native, real, and scroll-stopping.
Create photo, video, and graphic content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) or mobile editing tools like CapCut.
Build repeatable content series, test new formats, and jump on cultural moments.
Produce 2–3 high-performing organic videos per day/14 week (as defined by team expectations).
Stay on top of trends across social, eCommerce, and creator spaces.
Community Engagement & Analytics

Engage with followers to build trust, community, and meaningful relationships.
Monitor performance through Google Analytics, platform insights, and social media dashboards.
Track key metrics (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop ratio, VTR, etc.) and optimize content based on data.
Iterate quickly: test, analyze, refine, and scale what works.
Maintain organized systems, content calendars, and an evolving ad/content library.

You live and breathe social media: you understand trends, pacing, tone, and what makes content go viral.
A creative storyteller who knows how to craft hooks, emotional beats, humor, and compelling narratives.
Skilled in editing with style, personality, and performance in mind.
Comfortable on camera—real, relatable, confident.
Highly organized, fast-moving, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
A collaborative team player who doesn’t need micromanagement.
Requirements

2+ years of professional social media management or digital marketing experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing) and/or mobile editing apps.
Strong graphic design, photo, and video production skills.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, keyword research, web analytics, and social listening tools.
Experience with Facebook/Meta advertising and paid social campaigns.
Familiarity with Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling platforms.
Excellent writing, copyediting, and proofreading skills.
Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve creative performance.
Bonus: Have prior dance experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.47 - $25.86 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
