As we continue expanding in Miami, we are seeking polished, experienced Luxury Servers and Catering Staff to bring elevated hospitality to life at high-profile events across the city.

What You’ll Do
Deliver boutique-level hospitality and white-glove service to VIP guests
Execute elevated service standards at luxury brand activations, red carpet events, corporate galas, celebrity-hosted dinners, and private high-profile gatherings
Support sophisticated event setups and breakdowns (tablescapes, lounges, bar configurations, premium food stations)
Present food and beverage service with precision, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail
Maintain flow, cleanliness, and a polished environment throughout the event
Collaborate with event captains, coordinators, and production teams to ensure seamless execution
Follow strict client and brand guidelines while representing Premier with professionalism and excellence
What You’ll Bring
Experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, upscale catering, or premium events (strongly preferred)
Strong composure, poise, and confidence in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Refined communication skills and exceptional guest service intuition
A polished, well-groomed appearance that aligns with luxury brand expectations
A team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
Valid food handler certification (preferred)
