Our values and ways of working
We are looking for people with the following characteristics:
You value innovation – the best ideas have not been written yet, so you are open-minded and ready to test and learn.
You drive strategy and execution – we are still small, but we are growing fast, so need people who are comfortable getting their hands “in” the work whilst still being able to pave the future.
You work as a team - sitting in the boat together, As One. Finding a rhythm that helps us get down the river fast. We leave egos at the door and take on feedback of our teammates to better ourselves and our approach. It’s output over title.
You are flexible to drive performance – we value performance, so it’s flexibility for performance’s sake, you want to be at your best, and you thrive on continuing to find better ways to work.
You are a learner, and a teacher, always listening, and always teaching those around you. You thrive off bettering yourself and others, with a curious approach to “what” and “how”.
A commitment to understanding and creating for our customer.
You keep it real – your honest, clear and keep it simple.
A love of physical activity, moving and passion for athletic performance – you don’t need to be an athlete but have a drive to understand them and a love for all things sweat!
