We are now looking for creative and passionate Fashion Designers who can bring traditional Indian elegance to life through exclusive saree and blouse designs that resonate with modern luxury.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and design sarees, blouses, and ethnic wear collections aligned with the brand's luxury aesthetics.
• Create digital and hand-drawn sketches, mood boards, and fabric combinations. Collaborate with the product development team to finalize designs, colors, and embellishments.Research fashion trends, draping styles, embroidery techniques, and fabric innovations in Indian and contemporary fashion.
• Work closely with tailors, pattern masters, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Contribute creative ideas for photo shoots, lookbooks, and campaigns. Maintain design records and ensure timely completion of collections.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design / Textile Design (NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy, or equivalent preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in saree and blouse design (freshers with exceptional portfolios are also welcome).
• Strong sense of color, drape, fabric selection, and embroidery detailing. Proficiency in illustration tools like CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or fashion sketching.
• Passion for blending traditional Indian designs with modern luxury fashion concepts. Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight timelines.
