Job Summary
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent with 10 years experience in concrete work to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

Supervise all construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to facilitate smooth project execution.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore for project tracking and documentation.
Implement OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timelines, materials used, and labor costs.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations (OSHA), and quality control practices.
Familiarity with construction management software, particularly ProCore.
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and contracts related to construction projects.
