Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate based out of Kochi. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, managing laundry tasks, and ensuring the timely upkeep of facilities. The individual will also ensure high-quality service levels, liaise effectively with guests for their requirements, and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly. The role requires close coordination with other departments to maintain a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications
• Experience in Laundry and general housekeeping responsibilities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective guest interaction and satisfaction
• Proven Organization Skills to manage tasks and ensure smooth operations
• Ability to provide and undergo relevant Training for continuous skill improvement
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to tasks
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
