Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Chemist to join our team full-time. In this role, you will conduct laboratory testing and analysis of manufactured batches to ensure product quality and consistency. Working closely with Compounders and Production Team members, you will have the authority to hold batches that do not meet specifications until corrective actions are completed.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct chemical analysis and testing of completed batches
Perform pH testing, titration, and other chemical parameter verification
Review and analyze test results against established specifications
Communicate with Compounders regarding batch adjustments and corrective actions
Place quality holds on non-conforming batches and release batches once standards are met
Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment
Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific field
Minimum of 2 years in a laboratory or analytical role
Proficiency in chemical testing methods and laboratory equipment operation
Strong mathematics and analytical skills with ability to interpret test results
Knowledge of chemical formulations, batch chemistry, and quality control procedures
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly organized
Strong communication skills for interfacing with production staff
Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
Work Location: City of Industry, CA (San Gabriel Valley area)

Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday - Friday
