OT Security

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our cybersecurity team as a Lead - OT Security. The objective of this role is to protect our organization's operational technology (OT) systems by implementing robust security measures, monitoring potential threats, and responding to security incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of OT environment and security principles, technologies, and best practices, and will work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the security and integrity of our OT systems .Educational qualifications
• BE/B.tech in Elec & Comm , computer science, Information Security, or related field .Experience & Responsibilities
• 12-15 years of experience in OT environment with hands-on experience and OT security, including technology deployment and operations.
• Strong understanding of process of OT environment , network devices , cloud infrastructure and IDS/AV/AD/WSUS/Syslog .
• Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST, and ISO 27001.
• Experience with security testing tools and automation.
• Relevant OT security certifications such as GICSP, IEC-62443 are a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies
• Lead the implementation and support of cybersecurity requirements for IT & OT/IoT environments.
• Actively participate in security design and controls discussions for security projects.
• Implement and support OT security solutions such as IDS/IPS and risk monitoring solutions.
