We are Hiring HR Executive (Intern)

Work Location: Tamilnadu, Kerala, AndraPradesh & Karnataka

Work Mode : Remote / In person only for Erode, TN Candidates

Qualification : Any Degree

Required Skill:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Salary: Rs.8000/- (25 Onboarding per month)

Rs.12,000/- (50 Onboarding per month)

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Week Off : Sunday

Working Hours: 9.30am - 6.00pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions. This also includes onboarding new employees.
Managing the relationship between the employer and the employee, which includes handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintaining a positive work environment.
