Intermediate Interior Designer, Project Designer II.


We are looking for a passionate and driven Intermediate Interior Designer, Project Designer II with

minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial interior design. Candidate will work with Senior staff on

one or more projects simultaneously from schematic design through construction administration.

Candidate must have strong drafting skills and knowledge about commercial furniture and material

manufacturers. Candidate must be CAD and Revit experienced, heavy in Revit. Sketchup proficiency is a

must. An easy-going personality and go-getter attitude are what we are looking for; someone who

wants to put in the effort to grow in their position.

The Intermediate Interior Designer will work with Senior Interior Design staff on the following:

Collaborate with peers, senior staff, firm leadership, and trade partner representatives
Understand creative direction and bring your own strong design sensibilities
Conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction documents.
Develop space planning concepts and mood boards.
Develop and deliver graphic presentation materials for client presentations.
Research, select and document FF&E scope.
Assist with overall interior design development during SD and DD phases.
Assist with creating full sets of construction documents including interior elevations,
construction details and millwork drawings.

Assist with reviewing submittals and RFI’s during CA.
Manage the interiors resource library as needed.
