Kelly Wearstler is seeking a talented, detail‑oriented, and self‑driven Mid-Level FF&E Interior Designer to join our award‑winning studio. Our work spans luxury hospitality, private residential estates, and high‑end restaurants. You’ll join a highly creative, fast‑paced environment where design excellence and innovation are paramount.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams, architects, contractors, artisans, and vendors to deliver exceptional design outcomes.
Lead sourcing and specification of furnishings, finishes, textiles, hardware, and lighting.
Develop and deliver client presentations, mood boards, and detailed FF&E documentation.
Manage small projects or key segments of larger projects, supporting schedules and budgets.
Mentor junior designers and assist with construction administration tasks (submittals, RFIs, ASIs/IDSKs).
Requirements
4–8 years of FF&E‑focused interior design experience with a strong luxury residential and/or hospitality portfolio.
Strong collaboration and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage procurement and vendor relationships.
Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Enscape are a plus).
Salary range: $90K – $110K annually.
