Job Description

We are searching for a responsible Electronic Components Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and securing quality in the assigned region and will play a significant role in developing respective suppliers based on automotive quality/process indicators.

Key Responsibilities
• Understanding various electronic components, their characteristics, and their application in assemblies and systems.
• Using quality control laboratory equipment effectively for the inspection and testing of electronic components and assemblies.
• Qualifying suppliers based on capability assessments, process audits, and performance monitoring.
• Reading and interpreting product drawings, specifications, and test methods efficiently.
• Identifying, analyzing, and implementing corrective and preventive measures to address supplier-related quality issues.
• Understanding product functionality and potential failure modes to carry out effective root cause analysis and preventive action planning.
• Evaluating and implementing engineering or process changes effectively while ensuring compliance with quality and customer requirements.
• Understanding and managing PPAP documentation, approval processes, and submission requirements for supplier parts.
• Managing the Supplier Escalation/Development Program and executing activities associated with the Designated Supplier Quality Representative role.

Your Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics

A minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant experience

Strong knowledge of electronic components

Excellent command over English (both verbal and written)

Good understanding of IATF 16949 and Quality analysis tools

A proven record of supplier development and improvement

Location: Dhankot, Gurugram

Work Week: 5 Days
