Junior Fit-Out Engineer / Junior Engineer

Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Engineer to assist in the execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal
candidate will support site activities, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure that all works
are completed within timelines and quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to
detail, and the ability to work effectively under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and execution of fit-out works, including partitions, flooring, painting, false
ceilings, etc.
Supervise daily site activities and prepare progress reports.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety and site standards.
Support senior engineers in resolving on-site technical issues and challenges.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil, Interior, or Mechanical Engineering
Professional Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD preferred
Specific Skills
Basic understanding of fit-out works and site execution
Ability to read technical drawings and take accurate measurements
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong teamwork and site supervision capabilities
