Role Overview:

We are seeking a Scientific Operations Manager to oversee medical communications projects, coordinate with pharma clients, and drive efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background, expertise in data management, and the ability to liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage scientific and medical communications projects, ensuring timely execution.
Coordinate with pharmaceutical clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to meet project goals.
Oversee data collation and report generation using Excel and other analytical tools.
Plan and execute projects efficiently, maintaining high scientific accuracy and compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Educational Background: B Pharma, M Pharma, MBBS, BDS preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in medical communications, pharma, or scientific project management.
Industry Preference: Candidates with only a pharmaceutical company background will be given priority.
Strong project management, data handling, and client coordination skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
