This part-time seasonal tax preparer position offers the opportunity to work remotely in the US, providing customer support and preparing tax returns.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer support via video, phone, and chat, helping customers with their tax returns.
• Create an excellent customer experience using tax preparation expertise and technical ability.
• Resolve customer problems in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Must be an actively credentialed EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with an active PTIN.
