Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Operator located in New Delhi. The Call Center Operator will handle Vendor inquiries via phone, provide excellent vendor support, and ensure effective resolution of issues. Responsibilities include maintaining professionalism during interactions, updating call logs, and coordinating with other teams to address customer needs promptly and efficiently. The role requires adherence to company protocols and a focus on delivering exceptional service experiences.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Vendor Support, Vendor Service, and Contact Center operations
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
• Ability to solve problems independently and handle high-call volumes with professionalism
• Knowledge of electronic recycling or environmental management (preferred but not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus
