About the Role

We’re seeking a confident and dynamic Fashion Consultant for our Santacruz flagship — someone who understands luxury fashion, has an eye for styling, and thrives in delivering a royal client experience.

You’ll be the face of the brand, guiding grooms, celebrities, and high-profile clients through our couture collections and ensuring a seamless, elevated shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized client consultations to understand their styling preferences, wedding/event requirements, and aesthetic sensibilities.

• Suggest complete looks — from outfits and footwear to accessories — aligning with the brand’s couture identity.

• Manage client trials, fittings, and alterations in coordination with the design and production teams.

• Maintain visual presentation standards and ensure collections are showcased effectively on the floor.

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service and post-sale engagement.

• Work closely with CRM and Sales teams to convert leads, follow up on appointments, and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Ensure detailed documentation of client orders, fittings, and customisation notes in the system.

• Support marketing shoots and influencer styling when required.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury, couture, or high-end retail.

• Strong understanding of men’s fashion and current couture trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a refined sense of aesthetics.

• Presentable, well-groomed, and confident in interacting with elite clientele.

• Proactive, target-oriented, and team-spirited.
