Role: Junior Software Engineer (Freshers / 0–1 years)
This is a unique opportunity for bright, ambitious, and driven B.Tech graduates to launch their careers with a fast-growing product company. As an Associate Software Engineer, you will join our dynamic team and embark on a structured journey to grow from a graduate with strong fundamentals into a proficient, real-world software engineer. You will be mentored by seasoned professionals and will contribute to a live product that is making a tangible difference.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, test, and maintain features for our AI-powered business software.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of your mentors.
• Assist in debugging and resolving technical issues to ensure the stability and performance of our applications.
• Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and design to deployment and support.
Eligibility & Education:
• B.Tech (CSE / IT) or MCA graduates (2026, or 2026 batches).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience only.
Technical Foundations:
• A strong, demonstrable grasp of Computer Science fundamentals, including Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS), DBMS, and Computer Networks.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or React/NextJS.
Compensation and Growth Plan
• ₹15,000/month during the 6-month probation.
• Post-confirmation: ₹25,000/month (fixed) + ₹15,000 quarterly bonus + ₹60,000 annual performance bonus.
• Rapid growth opportunities based on performance and contribution.
Work Schedule
• 10 AM – 9 PM (Monday to Friday).
• Occasional Saturdays based on business requirements.
• On-site only (no remote / hybrid options).
