The incumbent leads the design and development of signaling and telecommunication systems for railway infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability.

Lead the design teams for signaling and telecom systems.
• Develop and implement design standards, guidelines, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Oversee design development, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution
• Manage design budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits and inspections.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Implement quality process in design as per relevant standards
• Carryout benchmarking for various design activities
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
