Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Python (Flask/Django frameworks) and modern front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with our product and clinical teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable healthcare applications integrated with secure APIs and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Flask / Django).
• Build interactive and responsive front-end components using React / Next.js / HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript.
• Manage and optimize MongoDB databases for performance and scalability.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with third-party healthcare systems (EMR, HIS, IoT devices).
• Implement automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, and Clinical) to deliver production-ready features.
• Ensure code quality, security, and data compliance in line with healthcare standards (HIPAA, NDHM).
• Required Skills & Experience
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong command of Python, Flask or Django, and REST API development.
• Proficiency in MongoDB and familiarity with SQL databases.
• Front-end skills in React / Next.js or similar frameworks.
• Working experience in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, etc.).
• Strong understanding of version control (Git) and cloud deployment (GCP / AWS).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and teamwork skills.
• Healthcare project experience will be an added advantage.
