Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Consultant located in Chennai. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers with their fashion needs, providing expert advice, and promoting products. They will deliver excellent customer service, maintain in-depth product knowledge, and contribute to sales goals. Daily tasks also include staying informed about fashion trends, coordinating outfits and accessories, maintaining store displays, and fostering customer relationships.

Qualifications
• Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets
• A strong sense of style and up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
• Previous experience in luxury retail is a plus
• Relevant certification or degree in fashion or a related field is beneficial
