The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Photo Editor & Trainer to join our Key Accounts and Special Projects Team. This role focuses on high-quality photo editing while also requiring strong communication and training skills to support internal teams and editors.

As part of the recruitment process, you’ll complete a photo editing assessment to evaluate your skills.

Work remotely and choose your schedule:
4:00 PM – 1:00 AM AEST or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality photo editing (HDR, item removal, color changes, enhancements, day-to-dusk).
Provide feedback and recommendations to editors.
Assist in training new editors to meet quality standards.
Support special projects and communicate clearly across teams.
Collaborate on project updates, reports, and process improvements.
About You

Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Experienced in photo editing (advanced Photoshop skills preferred).
Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and organized.
Tech-savvy and proactive problem solver.
Team player with leadership and project management skills.
Experience managing editorial teams and ensuring quality assurance.
Prior remote work experience is a plus.
