Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer with experience in Custom Apparel Design to join our team. In this role, you will create designs for sports jerseys, lifestyle garments, and T-shirts, utilizing provided templates and adhering to brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both sublimation and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, and the ability to deliver print-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities
• Create custom apparel designs based on provided templates, incorporating specific branding elements like logos, mascots, and colors.
• Research and apply brand guidelines to ensure all designs comply with official logo, color, and trademark usage.
• Prepare print-ready files following provided instructions for both sublimation and DTF printing processes.
• Design high-quality web images for e-commerce platforms, showcasing garments from front and back perspectives.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure designs meet technical specifications and align with brand standards.
Key Skills And Qualifications
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (AI): Strong experience with vector-based design, particularly for apparel and merchandise.
• Understanding of Print Techniques: Experience with full cut-and-sew sublimation and DTF printing.
• Knowledge of Brand Guidelines: Ability to research and accurately apply official brand guidelines, logos, and color schemes.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in applying logo placement, typography, and color consistency.
• Creative Design: Strong ability to create visually appealing designs while maintaining brand integrity.
• File Preparation: Experience in preparing print-ready files that meet technical printing specifications.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in designing sportswear or lifestyle apparel.
• Familiarity with creating patterns and cohesive designs across multiple garment types.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work for apparel, especially sports and lifestyle categories.
