Job Description : Assistant Stylist
Project Zero is a leading shoot production company in Bangalore, specializing in creating high-impact visual content across various media. Our work includes catalogue, social media content, campaigns, TVCs, reels, UGC, and diverse product shoots. We are looking for a highly creative and organized individual to join our in-house studio team as an Assistant Stylist.
This role is perfect for a fresher or someone with up to 2 years of experience in styling or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Styling & Creative Production
• Assist the lead stylist in executing styling for all types of shoots, including commercial, editorial, and product-focused projects.
• Contribute to the creative process by developing concept ideas and preparing detailed moodboards and reference documents for various shoots.
• Source, manage, and care for all wardrobe, accessories, props, and products required for shoots.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking samples and styling inventory.
Production & Logistics
• Coordinate and book necessary stakeholders for shoots, including models, hair / makeup artists, photographers, and other crew members.
• Handle the logistics of arranging shoots, ensuring all required elements (location, permits, equipment, etc.) are in place.
• Proactively organize and execute editorial and test shoots as needed to build the company's creative portfolio and test new concepts.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling the studio set as required.
Social Media Management
• Manage and grow the Project Zero social media handle by creating engaging content, posting behind-the-scenes updates, and showcasing the company's work and culture.
• Develop a content calendar that aligns with company shoots and marketing objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience : Fresher to 2 years of professional or relevant internship experience in styling, fashion design, visual merchandising, or content production.
• Creative Skills : A strong eye for visual composition, trends, and detail. Proficiency in creating moodboards and translating concepts into tangible visuals.
• Organizational Skills : Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Tech Savvy : Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling / creation tools.
• Location : Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately. Priority will be given to candidates currently residing in Bangalore.
Work Environment
This is a full-time role based at the Project Zero studio in Bangalore. You will be an essential part of a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative production environment.
