About the Role

Dream Sporting Gear is hiring a sharp, detail-oriented
Apparel Designer & Production Coordinator

to join our fast-growing team.

This is a
dual-role

that combines design execution (mockups, tech packs) with production and vendor coordination. You'll work across
three verticals

:
• Dream Street Gear (fashion-forward streetwear)
• Dream Sporting Gear (India's leading riding gear brand)
• DSG Uniforms (corporate uniform manufacturing for all industries)

What You'll Be Doing

Design
• Create digital mockups for apparel & uniforms
• Build tech packs for vendors (sizing, specs, placements)
• Convert founder's ideas into clean, production-ready files
• Organize and version-control all design files

Production Coordination
• Liaise daily with vendors, printers, and manufacturers
• Track sampling and bulk production progress
• Ensure production quality matches design intent

Uniform Projects
• Design uniforms for clients across hospitality, logistics, medical, etc.
• Create client-facing decks with mockups and style options
• Communicate with B2B clients via email and phone

What You Need
• Strong in
Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW
• Experience making mockups + apparel tech packs

Good understanding of basic garment production
• Strong communication — Hindi + English (calls + emails)
• Highly organized and comfortable working across projects

Bonus If You Have:
• Experience in
streetwear/riding gear design projects
• Prior work on
bulk production timelines & vendor QC
• Ability to suggest original design concepts (not just execute)

• Fashion: Tees, hoodies, caps, sweatpants, co-ords
• Riding gear: Jackets, gloves, branding elements
• Uniforms: Shirts, trousers, aprons, polos, scrubs, etc.
