Location: Rainham, Kent | Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:30am–5:30pm | Permanent
Salary: £21,450 – £23,000 (depending on applicant’s age)

The Role
We’re looking for a motivated individual to support our field engineers and customers. This varied role includes:

Admin and stock control for parts, including regular stock checks
Posting parts to customers and handling customer part enquiries
Troubleshooting and assisting with technical queries
Assisting engineers with appliance repairs and servicing
Repairing appliance parts and testing them to ensure they work correctly
Inputting and maintaining accurate data on company systems
Full training is provided, and there’s potential to progress into a field service engineer role in the future.

Skills & Experience

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Interest in technical or mechanical work
Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Good communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in admin, stock control, or appliance repair is a bonus but not essential
