Job Description

We are hiring a Front Desk & Back Office Executive from Imphal to manage reception duties and provide administrative support for day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle client interactions with professionalism. This full-time role is exclusively for female candidates based in Imphal Manipur.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients and visitors of Imphal at the front desk
• Maintain reception area and visitor register
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
• Perform product-related documentation and back-office tasks
• Telecalling for campaigns and outreach activities
• Provide support for daily office operations

Required Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Confident and polite phone etiquette
• Should be local or nearby located in Imphal MN.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic office environment

Qualifications:
• Education: B.B.A. / B.Com. Graduate from Imphal
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience preferred
• Required Female candidates only
• Local candidates from Imphal Manipur preferred

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site | Permanent female job in Imphal

Work Schedule:
• Monday to Saturday
• Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary: From ₹11,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
