Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
School Principal
to lead our CBSE-affiliated institution in Nagaon, Assam. The ideal candidate must be a
local resident
with a
minimum of 3 years of continuous experience as a Principal in the same CBSE school
. The Principal will be responsible for the overall administration, academic leadership, and operational management of the school, ensuring high-quality education and adherence to CBSE norms.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership to teachers, staff, and students to maintain academic excellence.

Oversee the implementation of the CBSE curriculum and ensure compliance with educational policies.

Develop and execute school improvement plans, fostering a positive learning environment.

Supervise and evaluate teaching staff, encouraging professional development.

Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of students and staff.

Manage admissions, parent relations, and community engagement.

Maintain school infrastructure, budgeting, and financial planning in collaboration with the management.

Promote extracurricular activities and holistic student development.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Post-Graduation (Master’s Degree) in any relevant discipline.

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.

Minimum 3 years of continuous experience as a Principal in the same CBSE school.

Strong understanding of CBSE guidelines, school administration, and educational leadership.

Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Must be a
local resident of Nagaon, Assam.
