Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 DoE.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and hands-on AV Warehouse & Equipment Technician to support our operations. This pivotal role ensures that all AV equipment is properly prepared, maintained, and dispatched for installations and events. You will work closely with our AV, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare, test, and configure AV equipment ahead of installations and live events.
· Pack and dispatch equipment accurately and on schedule to designated locations.
· Monitor inventory levels and proactively order parts, components, and consumables.
· Maintain detailed records of equipment, including serial numbers and asset registers.
· Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV systems when required.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
· Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Skills & Experience
· Previous experience in an AV, warehouse, or technical support role.
· Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Strong technical knowledge of AV systems (e.g., displays, speakers, cabling, control systems).
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
· Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
