About the Role

We are looking for a Bengali Language Expert to contribute to cutting-edge AI and data annotation projects. The role involves working with large volumes of Bengali text and providing high-quality linguistic inputs to enhance AI models in the areas of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML).

Key Responsibilities
• Review, annotate, and evaluate Bengali text data for AI training.
• Ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and consistency across datasets.
• Translate and localize content from English to Bengali or vice versa as per project needs.
• Collaborate with project managers and QA teams to meet quality benchmarks and deadlines.

Requirements
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending Bengali at a native level.
• Strong grasp of English for understanding guidelines and communication.
• Prior experience in data annotation, linguistic QA, or language-related AI projects is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain focus over large-scale text work.
• Availability to work remotely for 4–8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
