Are you a self-starter with a passion for people and a knack for organization? ISS is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic People & Culture team in Ballina, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week.


This role supports the largest account in the Pacific, where you'll play a key part in recruiting high volumes of frontline employees. Whether you're an experienced recruiter or a recent graduate ready to launch your career, this is your opportunity to make an impact.


About the Role

Recruit entry-level frontline staff and supervisory roles across diverse teams
Manage end-to-end recruitment: advertising, sourcing, selection, onboarding, and reporting
Drive recruitment campaigns and build strong talent pipelines
Lead engaging recruitment info sessions and coordinate interviews (phone, video, face-to-face)
Collaborate with operational managers to ensure smooth placements
Champion an exceptional candidate experience aligned with ISS standards

What You Bring

Energetic, resourceful, and self-motivated with strong multitasking skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Recruitment, selection, and mentoring capabilities

Bonus Skills (Desirable)

Experience with electronic recruitment systems (highly desirable)
