Qualifications
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in an engineering or project-based environment
Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Support budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with project managers and engineers
Conduct periodic audits of financial transactions and documents
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant accounting standards
Assist with tax filings, regulatory reporting, and liaise with external auditors as needed
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization
Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Provide financial support for engineering projects, including cost tracking and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in an engineering or project-based environment.
