Job Description
Job Purpose:
To promote ISKCON’s spiritual programs, products, publications, and events through effective marketing, communication, and outreach strategies — with the ultimate goal of increasing participation in devotional activities and expanding the temple’s reach in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Promotion
Plan and execute strategies to increase sales of temple products such as books, , bakery items, devotional articles, and gift items.
Coordinate with the temple store and Govinda’s outlets for product display, packaging, and promotions.
Develop sales targets and monitor monthly performance.
Organize promotional stalls during temple festivals, yatras, and public events.
2. Marketing & Outreach
Create awareness about temple programs (Sunday feasts, seminars, festivals, book distribution drives, etc.) through online and offline campaigns.
Manage social media platforms, WhatsApp groups, and email campaigns to engage devotees and the general public.
Design marketing materials (posters, banners, flyers, digital creatives) in coordination with the design team.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, and community groups for outreach programs.
3. Event Coordination
Assist in planning and promoting temple events, festivals, and fundraisers.
Coordinate with different temple departments for smooth event execution.
Track participation, leads, and follow-up for future engagement.
4. Donor and Devotee Engagement
Support donor relation initiatives and assist in maintaining the donor database.
Identify and approach potential sponsors for temple programs and publications.
Ensure devotees and sponsors receive timely updates, gratitude letters, and prasadam gifts.
5. Reporting & Administration
Prepare regular reports on sales, marketing activities, and results.
Maintain records of leads, customers, and event participants.
Work closely with the temple administration to align all communication with ISKCON values and guidelines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
