Job description
As an Architectural 3D Designer at Arcon Buildwell Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality visualizations and renders for various architectural and interior projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs for architectural and interior projects.
- Collaborating with architects, interior designers, and project managers to translate design concepts into realistic visuals.
- Working on multidisciplinary 3D design projects, including product design and landscape visualization.
- Producing detailed drawings and models for client presentations and execution.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of industry software, design trends, and materials.
- Ensuring timely delivery of design outputs with a high level of accuracy and creativity.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent visualization tools).
- Expertise in photorealistic rendering, lighting, textures, and detailing.
- Knowledge of architectural design principles, construction detailing, and material applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong creative vision with attention to detail.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in 3D architectural visualization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or 3D Visualization.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury residential projects will be an advantage.
