Key Responsibilities:

Fashion Design:
• Assist in designing seasonal collections (ethnic wear, western wear, fusion, etc.)
• Work on sketches, patterns, and sample development.
• Source fabrics, trims, and materials.
• Support in fittings, alterations, and styling suggestions.
• Research current fashion trends, color palettes, and customer preferences.

Sales & Customer Interaction:
• Greet and assist customers in the store.
• Provide styling advice and suggest suitable garments based on customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings and new arrivals.
• Handle billing, inventory checks, and basic store maintenance.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field (preferred).
• 0–1 year of experience in fashion design or retail sales (internships count).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about fashion and customer engagement.
• Basic knowledge of fabrics, cuts, and garment construction.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
