About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about numbers? Sanitarium is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation that inspires and resources our community to experience happy, healthy lives.

This is a part-time role offering 36 hours per week, based at our Royal Oak office.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Entering supplier invoices into SAP
Processing weekly EFT payments and reconciling accounts
Managing vendor accounts and employee expense claims
Maintaining and reconciling the Zeno credit card system
Handling supplier enquiries and resolving discrepancies
Supporting reception and broader AP functions
Documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
At least 12 months of practical experience in a similar role
Strong data input skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Experience with SAP and Excel is a plus
A bookkeeping qualification is desirable but not essential
