Hiring: Experienced Telecallers & Team Leader – Real Estate Company

Female Telecaller Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate / Sales / Telecalling

Good communication & convincing skills

Ability to handle inbound & outbound calls

Must be confident in following up with potential clients and fixing site visits

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Male Team Leader Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Telecalling

Should be able to lead and motivate a team of telecallers

Must track performance, daily targets, and conversions

Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary: based on your communication and experience per month + Incentives
