Mobile Carpenter – Westminster Area Social Housing | Full-Time | £35,000 - £38,000 (commensurate with experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Carpenter to join our client's team, delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across social housing properties in the Westminster area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carrying out a range of carpentry tasks including repairs, installations, and general maintenance
• Working independently across multiple sites within the borough
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
• Communicating effectively with tenants and housing officers where required
Requirements:
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry or Joinery
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within social housing
• Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided and fuel card provided)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good understanding of health and safety practices
This is a mobile role, and candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the Westminster area.
