Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Batch Management Executive to manage and coordinate all activities related to batch planning, scheduling, and execution. The role requires excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations and seamless academic delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage the scheduling of batches for various programs.

Coordinate with academic teams, faculty, and operations to ensure batch requirements are met.

Maintain and update batch-related data in the system (admissions, attendance, schedules, etc.).

Communicate batch schedules and updates to students and faculty.

Monitor batch progress and proactively resolve operational issues.

Ensure proper allocation of resources (classrooms, faculty, study materials, etc.) for each batch.

Track attendance and performance reports for ongoing batches.

Handle batch change requests, cancellations, and escalations as per policy.
