Volunteer Opportunity: Elite IT Support Team (Virtual, 4+ hrs/week)

Join our elite team of volunteer IT specialists at Collide International Foundation for ADHD Autism. We are a fast-growing, highly active charity supporting neurodivergent youth and young adults across the country through counselling, support animals, art classes, workshops, life-skills programs, and more.
We are looking for experienced, motivated IT professionals who are passionate about giving back while gaining meaningful, hands-on experience in a dynamic nonprofit environment.
What You’ll Do
Provide broad IT support (Outlook, VPN setup and troubleshooting, account/password recovery, desktop and laptop issues, system administration, etc.)
Keep our large, national volunteer team connected and running smoothly
Troubleshoot technical challenges across different platforms and tools
Contribute to building systems that allow us to expand our reach and impact
Priority Skills – Meta Platform Expertise
Applicants with experience in the following areas will be given top consideration:
Handling content moderation: reviewing, flagging, or managing user-generated content according to platform rules
Managing account restrictions or shadow banning: understanding why accounts or posts are restricted or hidden, and how to address or escalate those issues
Navigating Meta’s enforcement and algorithmic systems: familiarity with how Meta enforces policies, detects violations, and applies algorithms that impact visibility or user experience
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 4 hours per week commitment
Attendance at weekly virtual meetings (required)
Substantial prior IT experience (help desk, systems support, generalist, etc.)
Professionalism, motivation, and a self-starter mindset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
